TITAN PLATE C is a flat plate for shear connections between timber walls and concrete, masonry or steel substructures. It is ideal for walls aligned to the concrete edge and for continuous shear connections when adding storeys.

  • Connects CLT and light timber frame walls to the supporting structure
  • Can be fully or partially nailed or screwed; pre-calculated partial patterns allow installation over bedding grout
  • TCP200: DX51D steel with Z275 zinc coating, 3 mm thick
  • TCP300: S355 steel with Fe/Zn12c coating, 4 mm thick, optimised for CLT
  • Timber side fastened with LBA Ø4 nails or LBS Ø5 screws; concrete side with VIN-FIX, HYB-FIX, EPO-FIX, SKR or AB1 anchors
  • CE marked to EN 14545; screw values to ETA-11/0030; service class SC1 and SC2
