Shipping policy

1. Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We currently do not ship internationally.
Exclusions / surcharges: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands. If excluded, we do not deliver there. If surcharges apply, we will show them at checkout or contact you.
2. Delivery options and charges
- £15 flat fee delivery on all UK orders under £100 ex VAT. Free delivery on orders over £100 ex VAT.
- In-stock items: dispatched next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
- Planned or direct-from-Italy orders: 5–7 working days via consolidated freight.
- Heavy or pallet deliveries: carrier charges apply, confirmed at checkout.
3. Dispatch times
Direct or planned Rothoblaas orders: typically 5–7 working days from Italy via weekly consolidated shipment.
4. Receiving your order
Someone must be present to accept delivery and sign. Inspect goods and note any visible damage on the delivery paperwork; take photos and notify us within 48 hours.
5. Delivery timeframes
Timeframes are estimates; we are not liable for delays outside our control (weather, traffic, carrier issues). We will keep you informed and rearrange if needed.
Unless we agree otherwise, delivery will be within 30 days of order acceptance.
6. Faulty or damaged goods
Please inspect goods on delivery. Note any damage on the delivery note and notify us within 48 hours with photos. Refer to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy for the remedy process.
7. Split shipments
Orders may arrive in multiple deliveries at no extra cost.
8. Ownership and risk
Risk passes on delivery. Title passes upon full payment.
9. Missed or refused deliveries
If delivery is missed or refused for reasons within your control, redelivery fees may apply. Redelivery fee: £15 per attempt.
