- Company number: 16190658 · VAT number: GB 489884695
- Registered address: 36 Siddington Drive, Aylesbury, HP18 0UE, United Kingdom

2. About these terms
- These terms govern your use of our website timbasystems.com and any purchases made through it.
- By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Eligibility & territory
- We sell and deliver only within the United Kingdom (mainland and any listed exclusions).
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Trade accounts are available to registered UK businesses only.
4. Products & specifications
- Building materials may vary in colour or finish due to manufacturing tolerances and batch differences.
- Dimensions, weights and coverage are approximate. Always check technical data sheets and order sufficient quantities from the same batch where relevant.
- Professional installation may be required. You are responsible for ensuring suitability for your intended use and compliance with building regulations.
- Technical datasheets, ETAs and Declarations of Performance are available on request.
5. Prices & payment
- Prices are shown in GBP excluding VAT unless stated. VAT at 20% is added at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time, but confirmed orders are not affected.
- Direct-buy orders: payment is taken at order placement through our online payment gateway.
- Orders placed on a trade account or via a quotation are invoiced separately and payable on the terms stated on your quote or invoice.
6. Orders & acceptance
- After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance.
- Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a dispatch confirmation. The contract covers only the goods dispatched.
- We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, product unavailable, pricing error, failed checks). Refunds will be issued promptly if payment has been taken.
- If an item is unavailable, we will contact you with options: wait, substitute an equivalent, or cancel for a refund. We will not substitute without your consent.
7. Delivery, risk & title
- Delivery is to UK addresses only. See our Shipping Policy for delivery options, timeframes, costs and access requirements.
- You choose your delivery in the basket. Delivery is £50 (to order, 5–7 working days) or, where your items are held in UK stock, £15 (1–2 working days); orders over £500 ex VAT (goods only) qualify for free delivery. The option shown in your basket is exactly what you pay — nothing is added at checkout.
- Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes when we receive payment in full.
- Please inspect goods on delivery, note any damage on the delivery note, and notify us within 48 hours with photos. See our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
8. Consumer rights
- Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply (goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose).
- For distance sales, your cancellation rights are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, including exceptions for cut-to-size, made-to-order and perishable / setting products.
- If goods are faulty or arrive damaged, contact us promptly. Remedies may include repair, replacement or refund according to law and our Returns Policy.
9. Use of the site
- Keep your account details confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.
- Do not misuse our site (for example, introduce malware, scrape content, or infringe intellectual property).
10. Liability
- We are not liable for loss of profits, business interruption or indirect / consequential loss. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
- You are responsible for ensuring products meet your project requirements and are installed correctly.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (for example, extreme weather or supply-chain disruption).
11. Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings there.
12. Changes & contact
- We may update these terms. The version displayed at checkout applies to your order.
- If you have a complaint, contact us at info@timbasystems.com. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
