The AB1 is a heavy duty torque-controlled expansion anchor for through-fastening into concrete. As the nut is tightened, the sleeve expands to grip the hole, giving a reliable mechanical fix in both cracked and uncracked concrete for structural connections, brackets, hold-downs and base plates.
- Torque-controlled expansion for a fast, reliable mechanical fix
- Approved for cracked and uncracked concrete (CE option 1)
- Seismic performance category C1 (M10 to M16) and C2 (M12 to M16)
- Fire resistance R120
- Through fastening, supplied complete with nut and washer
- Suitable for dense base materials
- Material: electrogalvanised carbon steel
- Service class: SC1, SC2; atmospheric corrosivity C1, C2
- CE marked: M10 and M12 to ETA-17/0481, M16 to ETA-99/0010
- Pairs with WHT, WKR, TITAN and other Rothoblaas brackets needing an M10 to M16 anchor
- Codes read diameter by length, for example M12 x 120 mm
