Yes. We specify fixings, connectors, membranes, tapes and other timber construction products for your application. Send us the materials, dimensions and intended use, with a drawing or photo if available. If the job needs structural calculations or a separate assessment, we agree that scope before work starts.
Do you provide mass timber support and carpenter training?
Yes. Mass timber is one of TimbA's specialisms. We provide product specification, on-site supervision and technical support, along with training for carpenters. Contact us with your project or training requirements so we can agree the work, dates and fees.
Do you supply DIY customers as well as the trade?
Yes. Carpenters, joiners, woodworkers and DIY customers can buy through our online shop or contact TimbA for technical advice and product specification.
Are you an authorised Rothoblaas distributor?
Yes. TimbA Systems is an authorised Rothoblaas distributor in the UK. Part of the range is listed in our online shop, and we source the rest of the Rothoblaas catalogue to order.
How quickly do you dispatch Rothoblaas products?
Choose your delivery in the basket: free over £500 ex VAT, otherwise £50 to order, or £15 from UK stock when available. Ask about our stocking service for regular orders.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Yes. Credit accounts are available to established trade customers after a first order, on application. Contact us to apply.
Do you provide structural engineering support?
Tell us what support you need. Where specialist design or assessment is required, we agree the scope, who will deliver it and any fees before proceeding.
What about returns?
You can cancel within 14 days from the day after delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Made-to-order, cut-to-size and project-specific items are excluded. Faulty or damaged goods: tell us within 30 days of delivery, and within 48 hours for damage in transit.
