Yes. TimbA Systems is an authorised Rothoblaas distributor in the UK. Part of the range is listed in our online shop, and we source the rest of the Rothoblaas catalogue to order.
Do you offer trade pricing?
Yes, every line shows automatic trade pricing once you're logged in with a trade account. Discounts step up at 5+ boxes, 25+ boxes and project volume.
How quickly do you dispatch Rothoblaas products?
Choose your delivery in the basket: free over £500 ex VAT, otherwise £50 to order, or £15 from UK stock when available. Ask about our stocking service for regular orders.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Yes. Credit accounts are available to established trade customers after a first order, on application. Contact us to apply.
Do you provide structural engineering support?
Yes. We lead connection design for mass timber, CLT and glulam with our engineering partners. Send us a drawing and you get an initial reply within one working day.
What about returns?
You can cancel within 14 days from the day after delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Made-to-order, cut-to-size and project-specific items are excluded. Faulty or damaged goods: tell us within 30 days of delivery, and within 48 hours for damage in transit.
