VIN-FIX is a styrene-free vinyl ester resin for bonding threaded and reinforcing rods into concrete and masonry. Injected from the cartridge through a mixing nozzle, it cures to a high-strength chemical anchor that works in dry, wet or flooded holes, making it suited to structural fixings, hold-downs and post-installed rebar.
- Styrene-free vinyl ester resin, low odour and A+ rated for indoor VOC emissions
- Approved for cracked and uncracked concrete (CE option 1)
- Certified for post-installed threaded rods and reinforcing bars to ETA-20/0363
- Seismic performance category C2 (M12 to M16)
- Works in dry, wet or submerged holes
- Certified for solid and semi-hollow masonry and aerated autoclaved concrete (AAC)
- Complies with LEED v4
- FIX300: 300 ml cartridge; FIX420: 420 ml cartridge
- CE marked to ETA-20/0363 and ETA-21/0982; UK assessment UKTA-0836-23/6844
- Use with a cartridge gun (FLY for 300 ml, MAM400 for 420 ml) and STING mixing nozzle, supplied separately
- Pairs with INA or MGS threaded rod and Rothoblaas brackets needing a chemical anchor
