ALUMIDI is a concealed aluminium beam connector for timber-to-timber and timber-to-concrete joints. Hidden inside a routed slot in the beam, it gives a clean appearance and good fire behaviour while carrying vertical, lateral, axial and uplift loads, making it ideal for medium-sized floors, roofs and post-and-beam structures.
- Concealed connection for a clean finish and improved fire performance
- Certified strengths in all directions, suitable for inclined beams
- Three configurations: without holes, with holes for visible fastening, and with an upper notch for top-down installation
- The 2200 mm rod can be cut every 40 mm to make a bracket of the height required
- Suitable for solid timber softwood and hardwood, glulam and LVL
- Use outdoors in non-aggressive environments
- Material: EN AW-6005A aluminium alloy
- Service class: SC1, SC2, SC3
- CE marked to ETA-09/0361
- Fasten with SBD self-drilling dowels or STA dowels on the secondary beam and LBA nails or LBS screws on the main beam, supplied separately
