TITAN N is a high-performance angle bracket for shear and tensile joints in timber walls, suitable for solid timber, glulam, CLT and LVL panels. It is available in timber-to-concrete (TCN) and timber-to-timber (TTN) configurations.
- Raised high holes make installation on CLT fast and keep values certified even with partial fastening over bedding grout or a base plate
- Shear capacity up to 82.6 kN on concrete (with TCW washer) and up to 58.0 kN on timber
- Tensile capacity up to 69.8 kN characteristic on concrete when used with the TCW washer
- 120 mm vertical flange height, so the bracket can be integrated into the floor package
- Fastened with LBA Ø4 nails or LBS Ø5 screws on the timber side; AB1, SKR, VIN-FIX, HYB-FIX or EPO-FIX anchors on the concrete side
- Material: DX51D steel, Z275 zinc coating
- Service class SC1 and SC2; ETA-11/0496; UK assessment UKTA-0836-22/6373
TCN200 and TCN240 fasten timber walls to concrete foundations; TTN240 creates timber-to-timber connections, including CLT panel junctions.
