VGZ EVO is a fully threaded structural screw with a cylindrical head, made from high-strength steel (fy,k = 1000 N/mm2) for excellent tensile and withdrawal performance. The full thread grips along its entire length, making it ideal for concealed timber-to-timber joints, beam reinforcements, truss and rafter connections, and stud fastening. The cylindrical head sinks flush into the timber for a clean, fire-friendly finish, and the C4 EVO coating suits outdoor and corrosive environments.

Fully threaded for high axial load transfer along the whole screw
High-strength steel, fy,k 1000 N/mm2, for excellent tensile capacity
Approved for structural use with stresses in any direction relative to the grain (0 to 90 degrees)
Cylindrical head penetrates the timber surface for concealed, demountable joints
Reduced minimum distances for tighter, more efficient connections
Suitable for timber-based panels, solid timber, glulam, CLT, LVL, high density woods, and ACQ or CCA treated timber
Diameters from 5.6 to 11 mm, with the matching TX bit included
Material: carbon steel with C4 EVO coating, no rust after 1440 hours salt spray (ISO 9227)
Service class: SC1, SC2, SC3; atmospheric corrosivity C1 to C4; wood corrosivity T1 to T3
