ALUMAXI is a large concealed aluminium beam connector for timber-to-timber and timber-to-concrete joints in big floors, roofs and post-and-beam structures. Hidden inside a routed slot in the beam, it gives a clean finish and good fire behaviour while carrying heavy vertical, lateral, axial and uplift loads. It is the larger sibling of ALUMIDI, with a tapered wing profile and a higher-performance alloy that cuts weight without losing strength.

- High certified capacity in all directions, suitable for large beams and inclined joints
- Supplied with holes for visible fastening
- Optimised tapered wing and core for around 17% less weight at unchanged mechanical performance
- Suitable for solid timber softwood and hardwood, glulam and LVL
- Use outdoors in non-aggressive environments
- Material: high-performance EN AW aluminium alloy
- Service class: SC1, SC2, SC3
- CE marked to ETA
- Fasten with SBD self-drilling dowels or STA dowels on the secondary beam and LBA nails or LBS screws on the main beam, with M16 anchors such as VIN-FIX or EPO-FIX on concrete, all supplied separately
