The WHT PLATE T is a ready-to-use tensile plate for timber-to-timber joints in walls, beams and floors. Fastened with HBS PLATE screws for fast, demountable assembly, the range spans five strength levels up to more than 200 kN, making it ideal for multi-storey timber buildings and seismic design across different floor thicknesses.
- Five strength levels from around 23 kN to over 200 kN characteristic
- Fast, screwed assembly with HBS PLATE or HBS PLATE EVO screws, fully demountable
- Positioning notches set the maximum panel gap, including space for an acoustic profile
- WHTPT300 and WHTPT530 also suit tensile joints between CLT floor panels
- Suitable for solid timber, glulam, CLT and LVL panels
- Timber-to-timber configuration
- Material: WHTPT300 and WHTPT530 in S350GD + Z275; WHTPT600, WHTPT720 and WHTPT820 in S355 + Fe/Zn12c galvanised carbon steel
- Service class: SC1, SC2
- CE marked to EN 14545; WHTPT600, WHTPT720 and WHTPT820 also UKCA marked to ETA-11/0030
- Fasten with HBS PLATE Ø8 screws, supplied separately
