XYLOFON is a polyurethane resilient profile for acoustic separation at structural joints. Installed between walls and floors, it helps reduce vibration transmission through timber, steel and concrete structures.
- Six hardness grades: Shore 20, 35, 50, 70, 80 and 90.
- Profile thickness: 6mm. Length: 3.66m.
- Widths from 50mm to 160mm, depending on the selected grade.
- Suitable for timber frame, CLT and LVL junctions, with applications in steel and concrete construction.
- CE marked according to ETA-23/0061.
Choosing a profile
Select the hardness and width for the actual service load and junction design. Acoustic performance depends on the complete assembly. Follow the manufacturer’s design and installation guidance.
