JELLY · Hand-operated painting machine for timber
JELLY is a hand-operated painting machine for timber elements up to a maximum section of 300 x 90 mm.
It is worked by hand, with two people feeding the timber through.
How it works
Timber is passed through the machine and coated by sponge rollers, which are fed with impregnating agent from a container. Brushes then finish the surface. It coats one, two, three or four sides as needed, and excess impregnating agent is recovered into the container for continuous reuse.
Adjustment, cleaning and parts
The nozzles have a tap opening to adjust how much colour reaches the sponge rollers, and the brushes are calibrated for the finish. All JELLY elements disassemble for colour change, cleaning or replacement. Rolls, brushes and a spare tap are available as spare parts and accessories.
Impregnating agents
The manufacturer specifies water-based products, recommended in order not to affect the correct operation of the machine.
The installation manual states: NO SOLVENTS!
