Lifting plate for timber elements — RAPTOR MINI

RAPTOR MINI is a small, compact rigging plate for safely lifting and handling timber elements on site. It fastens to the timber with just two screws and has an integrated folding lifting hook, so it can be fitted quickly and works even in confined spaces. Certified under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for loads up to 1.5 tonnes per plate.

• Small footprint (60 × 120 mm) suitable for beams, columns, frame walls and CLT panels
• Fastens with just two screws for fast on-site installation
• Integrated folding lifting eye for a low profile when not in use
• Maximum capacity 1500 kg per plate (single anchor system, subject to screw type and lifting angle)
• Reusable plate; the VGS PLATE (VGSPL) screw is also reusable under specified conditions
• HBS PLATE, HBS PLATE EVO and VGS screws are single-use only for lifting
• CE marked under the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC
• Plate dimensions: 60 × 120 mm, 8 mm thick, Ø13 mm lifting hole
• Applications: prefabricated timber frame walls, solid timber and glulam beams, CLT floor and wall panels, timber columns and supports, lightweight prefabricated roofs
• Sold as 1 plate. Screws not included; use compatible Rothoblaas VGS PLATE Ø11, HBS PLATE / HBS PLATE EVO Ø10, or VGS Ø11 with HUS10 washer
• For qualified personnel only. Use torque-controlled drivers, do not use impact wrenches, and always follow the Rothoblaas user manual
