Delivery, returns and trade accounts

Delivery

Choose your delivery in the basket. Orders over £500 ex VAT (goods only) ship free in 5 to 7 working days. Orders under £500 are supplied to order for £50, in 5 to 7 working days. When express dispatch is available, in-stock items ship from UK stock for £15, next working day. We deliver across mainland UK, fully tracked. Other areas, and projects abroad, are on request: contact us before you order and we quote the delivery.

Returns

You can cancel within 14 days from the day after delivery, then return the goods within a further 14 days. Made-to-order, cut-to-size and project-specific items are excluded. Faulty or damaged goods: tell us within 30 days of delivery, and within 48 hours for damage in transit.

Trade accounts

Choose "Trade account enquiry" on our contact form, or email info@timbasystems.com. We set up your account within 24 hours.

Every order comes with a full VAT invoice.
